SanoSkin Cleanser

SanoSkin Cleanser is a modern cleansing solution based on physiological saline mixed with mild surfactants (non-cytotoxic) that remove proteins and lipids effectively. Glycerine is a recognised additive to dermatological products due to its moisturising properties. Glycerine ensures that the solution is soft and protects the surrounding skin. The polysorbate dissolves lipids and proteins quickly and the chlorhexidine preserves the solution from microbiological contamination. The SanoSkin Cleanser formula has been used successfully for over 15 years. The cleansing force of the nozzle is easily adjusted so that even challenging wound surfaces can be cleansed without undue effort. For use on devitalised tissue as well as contaminated wound bed the reservoir contains 250 ml of solution, usually capable of clearing 95% of the bacteria and slough.
